Intuition or Insanity?
How does one determine which voices in the head are negative, defeating self-talk to be overcome and which are are intuition's warnings to be heeded?

Doubt comes from fear. Actually any perception that stops forward motion is fear related. It is fear that stilts us.
It is the "objective" voice that one should heed. The one devoid of ego. Intuition is hardly connected to emotion... though emotion may result from it.

caution, however, sometimes is confused with fear. to plunge headlong into an endeavor without ever considering the ramifications of one's decision (which as often as not becomes a justification arrived at only in hindsight)a person can injure him or herself. forward motion is a valued act. we must always move ahead and find the future as it becomes the present only too soon.
but to me action should be married with thought. that may be the "objective" voice mr. sinun speaks of. or not.

Thanks Theraminman- but I would never listen to any voice that worshiped not the vinyl. The guitar playin you taught me might not have stuck, but the love of Hendrix on LP did :)

I see you like the book "Wicked" - I love it too (forgot to add to my list of favs.) Don't know if you've had a chance to see/hear new musical of book. It's a great musical - planning on seeing it in LA in June.
Oh yes, other fav music choice in common: that illusive as-yet-unreleased Kien Lim disc. Hear it's gonna be great - but fans may have to apply pressure for it to be released on time.

Nope APj, know it exists, but haven't seen/heard it. Sounds like fun though. As for releases- time is an illusion. It is what it is and will be what it will be when the Now and the future become one. Grasshopper:)

Awww jade, if we're gonna go all mystic-y, can't we go mystics and skesis'? can't we at least channel the Dark Crystal....and talk about finding the chard? when the three suns align? (So much more fun that Kung Fu guy)
